Henshaw/Vierra Management Counsel LLC is a management consulting firm. We assist owners and operators of family and closely held businesses to think critically about their future, act to improve their performance, and manage change.			Managing Director Mr. Vierra’s responsibilities are to work directly with the client company owners, and key operations and IT staff. Mr. Vierra has been a management consultant for over 30 years working in the banking, defense, hospital, logistics, payroll, real estate, and transportation industries. His clients have been both domestic U.S. companies and international firms. He has managed projects with budgets from $10,000 to $20 million. His clients have included Security National Bank, CivicBank of Commerce, Payday, the Payroll Company, Olsen Computing Company, DSL Corp, Children’s Hospital, and the U.S. Government. Mr. Vierra is currently a Managing Director of the Company and provides services to companies located from California, New Mexico, Texas, Kentucky, to New York.
	Managing Director Mr. Henshaw’s responsibilities are to work directly with the Company’s owners, Board, and key management.
	Mr. Henshaw’s career accomplishments include significant experience in commercial banking and in the payroll service business. His banking career included duties as vice president and manager of marketing, systems, mortgage banking, real estate lending, and international wealth management units for Security National Bank; vice president and asset/liability manager for the Bank of America; founder and CFO of CivicBanCorp, treasurer of CivicBank of Commerce; and Chairman and CEO of PayDay, the Payroll Company. Mr. Henshaw is currently on the Board of Directors of Fair Isaac Corporation, Research & Diagnostic Antibodies LLC, Ripon College Board of Trustees, and John Muir Health. He has been on the boards of Neomorphic Software, SleepCat Software, Iken Tissue Therapeutics, California Banker’s Insurance Services, and several not-for-profit organizations. Mr. Henshaw is also a Vice President with the firm of Eubel Brady and Suttman, and is a founder and member of iSystems, LLC. He is retired from the U.S. Army as a LTC.
